1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 111det website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 111det and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing or using any part of the 111det Platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account and use the 111det Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to participate in any gambling or betting activity on this Platform is 21. This requirement is strictly enforced. 111det may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age cannot be verified.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 111det complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where 111det's services are explicitly restricted or prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling service or self-excluded from 111det.
• You will maintain only one account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

111det reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its discretion if any eligibility condition is found to be unmet, either at registration or at any subsequent point.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 111det account credentials, including your username and password. 111det will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
• You must notify 111det support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• 111det cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such loss is directly caused by our negligence or a security failure on our part.
• You must ensure that your registered email address and contact details are kept current. Important account communications, including verification requests and security alerts, will be sent to your registered contact details.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

111det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 111det's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (or equivalent in USDT). Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 111det account within 60 seconds of confirmation. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by method.
• Withdrawal verification: 111det may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the specified time window may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited into your 111det account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

111det does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

111det may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 111det reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordination with other players to exploit bonus structures, or any other strategy that 111det reasonably considers to constitute abuse of its promotional offers, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All betting and gaming activity on the 111det Platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from the Platform. In the event of any technical failure during bet placement, the bet will not be deemed valid until confirmed.
• Odds and prices: All odds displayed are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. 111det reserves the right to correct any odds that were published in error, and no liability will be accepted for bets placed on erroneously priced markets.
• Palpable errors: 111det reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Suspicious activity: 111det reserves the right to void and refund any bet, or withhold payment on any bet, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, fraud, or any other form of corrupt activity related to the event in question.
• RNG games: All slot, virtual, and RNG-based casino games use a certified random number generator. Game outcomes are not manipulated, and the platform does not have the ability to influence individual game results.
• Live dealer games: Live casino tables are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Their studio rules apply in addition to these Terms. 111det is not responsible for interruptions caused by the studio provider's feed.

7. Responsible Gaming

111det is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and alerts: Players may set session duration alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion of 6 months or longer. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111det Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical faults in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live table games.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111det Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the intellectual property of 111det or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 111det.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111det, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failures outside of 111det's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages.
• Any financial loss arising from your gambling or betting activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 111det's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
